This discussion is about
the various sects and is not just a historical presentation. Rather this
is a brief presentation and warning against the evils of these sects
and their newly invented matters and the necessity of holding on to
Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah.

Shaykh Rabee’ bin
Haadee Al-Madkhalee says in his introduction: “These are some noble
ahaadeeth covering tremendous topics, which I have selected from
among the statements of the one who was sent with the comprehensive
speech, the one who doesn’t speak from his own desires, but rather
it is revelation revealed to him. Amongst these ahadeeth, is that
which calls to the oneness of Allaah and to singling Him out in
Worship, making the religion sincerely for Him alone. Read Aug 03 NOTE: Worksheets may not necessarily appear in numerical order. They will appear in the order you choose below. Choose "Order by ID" to display them in numerical order.

Muhammad Ibn Abdil Wahhaab [may Allâah have mercy
upon him] said:, “May Allâah show you mercy. Contemplate and comprehend
these six events in the biography of Muhammad . Maybe Allâah will allow you to
understand the religion of the Prophets, so that you can shadow it and leave the
religion of the Polytheists behind. Many of the Monotheists who claim they
understand the religion don’t understand these six occurrences as they should be
understood."

As to
what follows, Oh! Brothers for the sake of Allaah. The committee
which has been entrusted with the deliverance of seminars and
lectures in this town has seen that the overall topic of the
discussion tonight be “Clarifying The Meaning of Laa Ilaha Illa
Allaah." I agreed to that because this statement is the beholder of
the Deen (Religion) and the infrastructure of the Millah (path).
With it, Allaah differentiates between the
Kafiroon (disbelievers) and the Muslimeen (Muslims), and
it is that which all of the messengers called to. Books were sent
down because of it, and because of it, two races (of creation) were
created, the jinn and mankind. Our father Adam, called to it and he
along with his progeny treaded upon it,
Laa Ilaha Illa Allaah, up until the time of Nuh (Noah),
then polytheism befell upon the people of Nuh. As a result of that,
Allaah sent Nuh to them calling to the Tawheed (Islâamic
Monotheism) of Allaah and Nuh said to them,
"O my people!
Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him." Read Feb 07 NOTE: Worksheets may not necessarily appear in numerical order. They will appear in the order you choose below. Choose "Order by ID" to display them in numerical order.

Before you is a small
treatise that was written by Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Bin Abdul-Wahhaab,
rahimahullaah. It follows on from his excellent work “The Three
Fundamental Principles." These ‘principles” that are expounded by
the Shaykh are based in knowledge and recognition of the true
Islamic monotheism (Tawheed) and its opposite which is to associate
partners with Allaah (shirk). The Shaykh mentioned these two great
and mighty matters of Tawheed and shirk due to their great
importance and because many people have deviated regarding them.
Allaah has warned against and explained its danger and harm in this
world and the Hereafter.

From the Book: “This is a concise book
which contains forty authentic ahadeeth from the fine sayings of the
Chosen Prophet (صلي الله عليه و سلم ) which I gathered as a reminder
for myself and my brothers. They contain guidance for the
cultivation of souls, purification of the hearts, and refinement of
character…”
The Islamic Personality is a clear and distinct personality. Its
fabric is the Book of Allaah, and its thread is the Sunnah and these
two are inseparable from it. It is a sincere and determined
personality educated and refined upon a precise methodology, which
does not contain even the slightest deficiency, and could it, since
it is the Religion of Allaah, Lord of all the worlds?!”

Stated Imam Muhammad
Naasirud-Deen Al-Albaanee, “It is inevitable that we must begin with
at-Tasfiyah wat-Tarbiyah (purification and education). So any
movement that has not been established upon this foundation, then
there is no benefit in it at all. So in order to prove the soundness
of the view that we have adopted concerning this Manhaj, we return
back to the Noble Book of Allaah… How can we enter into jihad when
our ‘Aqeedah is divided and destroyed? How can we perform jihad when
our akhlaaq (character) goes together with corruption? Therefore, it
is inevitable that the rectification of the ‘Aqeedah and the
education of the individual must take place before beginning the
jihad. I know that the affair shall not remain safe from opposition
to our Manhaj of at-Tasfiyah wat-Tarbiyah. So there shall emerge one
who will say, “The establishment of at-Tasfiyah wat-Tarbiyah is an
affair that requires many long year!” However, I say: This is not
what is important with regards too the affair. Rather, the important
thing is that we must carry out what our religion and our
Magnificent Lord has commanded us with.”

"This misguided youth is out of control. His thinking is irrational, his
conduct is senseless, and he is heedless concerning his
responsibilities.
Furthermore, this youth admires his opinion as if the truth is on his
lips; therefore he views himself as being infallible. On the other hand
other
people are subject to errors and mistakes as long as they oppose what
he believes."

Patience and Gratitude is
an abridged translation of ‘Uddat as-Sabirin wa dhakhirat ash-shakirin,
a work which is well known in the Arab world but which has been
inaccessible to English-speaking Muslims until now. In this book,
the author explains the Islamic concept of sabr (patience,
fortitude) and its counterparts, shukr (gratitude), in a piratical
fashion which shows how these important spiritual values may be
incorporated into everyday life. Although written over six centuries
ago, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s words are still relevant-perhaps more
so then ever– today.

From the Book: So this book called
Thalaathatul– Usool is from the best books of ‘Aqeedah (creed) for
the seeker of knowledge who is at the beginners level, or at an
intermediate level. That means that no one from amongst the students
of knowledge is without need of it for the explanation of the correct
‘Aqeedah and what ever opposes it. Rather, no one from amongst the
Muslims under obligation is free from need of it. So it is built to
be memorized and its meaning understood.
He died in the year 1206 H. May Allaah cover him in mercy and reward
him well for his services to Islaam and the Muslims. Indeed Allaah is
One who hears and responds to supplications.
All praise and thanks are for Allaah-and may Allaah send praises and
blessing of peace upon our Prophet Muhammad (صلي الله عليه و سلم ),
upon his Family, true followers and upon all his companions.

"This book deals with the science of Tawheed in
which I pursued brevity and simplicity of diction. I have borrowed its contents
from works of numerous renowned scholars, and the works of Shaikh-ul-Islaam Ibn
Taymiyyah in particular,as well as the works of the scholars Ibn al-Qayyim,
Shaikh-ul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab, and his student, the Imams of the
blessed Daw'ah.
There is no doubt that the science of the Islamic
Aqidah is the basic science which is worthy of being studied, taught and
applied in order that good deeds and actions be sound and accepted by Allaah ,
and beneficial to those who accomplish them. This should be particularly
emphasized in this era in which pervasive trends, such as atheism, Sufism,
Monasticism, polytheism, grave worshipping, and the innovated trends which
oppose the Prophetic guidance, prevail.
Unless the Muslim uphold the sound Aqidah which is
based on the Book and Sunnah, and the beliefs of the pious predeccessors, he
would be exposed to the danger of these trends".

The correct ‘Aqeedah
is the foundation of Islaam and the foundation stone of the Islaamic
nation. It is known through evidences of the Sharee’ah from the Book
and the Sunnah, that one’s actions and statements can only be
correct and acceptable to Allaah when they arise from a correct
‘Aqeedah. If, however, the ‘Aqeedah is not correct then the actions
and statements that arise due to it are invalid.
The evidences in the clear book of Allaah and in the Sunnah of His
truthful Messenger ( صلي الله عليه و سلم ) show the correct ‘Aqeedah
in brief, to be: Eemaan in Allaah, His Angels, His Books, His
Messengers, the Last Day, and Predestination-the good and the bad of
it. And this is the correct ‘Aqeedah.

By the end of the
first decade of fifteenth Islamic century (1410/1990 CE), the world
witnessed a total re-shaping of its social-political landscape; a
re-shaping that again was to have a serious impact upon the Islamic
world. With the collapse of communist Russia as a dominant world
force, it was Islaam and the Islamic lands that then became the main
focal targets for the economic, ideological and military attack of
the New World Order; the now dominant culture. In effect, it was the
beginnings of the second Crusades! Consequently: “The Muslims today
face a barbaric onslaught from their enemies– the Jews, Christians,
atheist, secularists and others. The Islamic lands are being invaded
by various forms of unbelief and deviations; and throughout the
Islamic lands the winds of desires and corruption blows, the likes
of which cannot be truly known except by Allaah, Lord of the
servants.

Before you is a complete translation of the book "Qiyaamu
Ramadaan" (the Night Prayer in Ramadaan) written by Imaam Muhammad
Naasirud-Deen al-Albaanee.
This treatise is in essence an abridged version of one of al-Albaanee's other
books, Salaatut-Taraaweeh, along with several additional points of benefit and
a section on 'Itikaaf. The book's introduction also consists of a
counter-refutation against those who replied to al-Albaanee's afore-mentioned
book of Taraaweeh.
The main core of the book, however, contains a point-by-point discussion on the
Night Prayer in Ramadaan, as well as the benefits and rulings of 'Itikaaf,
along with their evidences. The Arabic text for all the ayaat and ahadeeth have
also been included in this edition so as to increase the benefit for those

From the Book:
....."you must be aware that there are a number of destructive calls which
have been established amongst the ranks of the Muslims and which have shaken
and damaged the beliefs held in their hearts. They have polluted the pure
Islaamic Aqeedah, and have
grown by stages to reach such a dangerous level that they have led to the
splitting of the Muslims into sects and parties, about which the Prophet said: Indeed those who were before you
split into seventy-three, seventy two in the fire and one in Paradise, and it
is the Jamaa'ah.....Then there is no doubt that each one of these sects
claims for itself that it is the saved sect, and that it is correct, and that
it alone follows the Messenger . But the way of truth is a single way and
it is the one which leads to salvation, and any other way is one of the ways of
misguidance which leads to destruction.....

This book contains
treaties from three of the prominent scholars of this century, all of
them being from Saudi Arabia. Although their treatise are in favor
of the same view, that of the obligation of veiling, they vary in
that they touch upon different topics related to the Hijaab.
Altogether, they strengthen one another and provide an excellent
source for obtaining the proofs and evidences regarding this issue.

included, which contain the tafseer of relevant ayaat and quotes
from many scholars of the past and present regarding proofs and
